For this series of images I chose to focus on the landscape close to home, looking at manmade constructions within the natural scenery surrounding Lincoln. I shot my images on 35mm film, choosing Ilford’s FP5 Plus 400 for it’s greyscale values. I aimed to capture subjects that are considered to be ‘visual pollution’ within the environment, that interrupt the flow of the land with their harsh geometric shapes and inability to naturally decompose - making them an eye-sore as well as being damaging to the surrounding areas.
